The aim of the Origina Project Management Methodology, which we call ProjectWatch, is to provide a common and consistent approach to ensure that all projects are executed in a consistent, open and well-managed manner. The goal of ProjectWatch is to ensure that all projects we engage in are on target, on time, within budget and most importantly in line with customer expectations. ProjectWatch is a practical distillation of various successful approaches that our consultants have experienced with and is the foundation behind all of our award winning customer projects.

What is the ProjectWatch Methodology?

No two projects are identical, and as such ProjectWatch is easily adaptable to meet the unique requirements of each and every project. All projects require a rigorous application of project management processes. ProjectWatch gives our project managers a framework to work within as they assess each individual project's characteristics. Origina ProjectWatch is conceptually shown in the following figure.
