This has allowed us to build up a strong consultancy and services team and make the necessary investments such as our Technology Innovation Centre. What qualities are we looking for?Ideally the successful candidate will be currently employed in a similar customer facing support role. A strong interest in new computer technology and aptitude to quickly understand new technical concepts and technologies is important for the role. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Previous presentation experience would be advantageous, but not essential. A strong team player who is able to work effectively within the team and also as an individual will be a key to being successful in the role. What your Roles & Responsibilities will be as an Enterprise Support Specialist:• Provide world-class trouble shooting and maintenance for: key enterprise business applications (TSM, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Platespin, CommVault etc.) and their underlying operating systems (Unix, Windows Srv, Linux, etc) enterprise servers and storage systems (SAN and Tape libraries), VMware products (ESX, VirtualCentre), Hyper-V.
